| Mr.
David Glenn - CEO
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, David W. Glenn founded
Centennial American Properties in 1976, following seven years of
experience as the head of commercial development with Dan Bruce
Company. As President of Centennial American, David dedicates much
of his time to the establishment of strong relationships with retailers,
lenders and property owners, making him uniquely qualified to bring
together representatives from these and other related fields to
successfully complete shopping center and other development projects.
Over the past three decades, David has continued to analyze economic
factors and development opportunities in the Southeast's foremost
retail markets in order to provide clients and investors with the
best possible locations in the region. |
Essentially, developing relationships
between Centennial, its tenants, property owners,
financial
institutions and the communities in which our developments
are located is what our company is all about.

Mr.
Doug Wynn - Senior Broker
As a senior broker with Centennial, Doug Wynn joined the company in
1979. Since that time, he has been responsible for the brokerage of
more than 2.5 million square feet of retail development. His site
selection and independent brokerage responsibilities for Centennial
have taken him throughout the Southeast and into the Southwestern
markets. In addition to power center brokerage, he has also been involved
with income producing properties, multi-family sites and drug store
development. |
It
has been interesting to experience the company's growth over the
past 25 years.
From its very beginning, Centennial has maintained a first class
development plan.
I am very excited about our future. |
