Mr. David Glenn - CEO
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, David W. Glenn founded Centennial American Properties in 1976, following seven years of experience as the head of commercial development with Dan Bruce Company. As President of Centennial American, David dedicates much of his time to the establishment of strong relationships with retailers, lenders and property owners, making him uniquely qualified to bring together representatives from these and other related fields to successfully complete shopping center and other development projects. Over the past three decades, David has continued to analyze economic factors and development opportunities in the Southeast's foremost retail markets in order to provide clients and investors with the best possible locations in the region.

Mr. C. Brody Glenn - President
Brody Glenn has been with Centennial since August of 1999. Since joining Centennial, Brody has had multiple duties that include leasing of shop space, tenant representation and site selection. He has been with Centennial since he graduated from the University of South Carolina with a double major in Management and Real Estate. Brody looks forward to Centennial's growth in Florida and is excited about their current projects they are working on with national tenants.

Peter M. Brett, CCIM - Director of Development
Pete Brett joined Centennial in 2002 as Director of Development. His
responsibilities include market analysis, site acquisition, anchor lease
negotiations, financing of projects and construction supervision for
Centennial. Prior to joining Centennial, he opened and operated a
successful restaurant in downtown Greenville, SC until he joined Blanchard &
Calhoun Commercial Corporation in 1996. At BCCC he was responsible for
market analysis, site location and land acquisition for grocery anchored
shopping center development throughout the southeast. In 2000, Pete joined
Windsor/Aughtry Company in Greenville to focus on retail and mixed-use
development. Along with site location for several national retail tenants,
Pete's primary focus was creating Poinsett Corners, a mixed-use project in
downtown Greenville, including 80 condominiums, 18,500 of commercial space
and a 300 car parking garage. Pete earned a B.A. degree in Finance and Art
History from Wofford College in 1994 and also holds the CCIM (Certified
Commercial Investment Member) designation.
